名记:归化要用就好好用 不好用就别招 一了百了

记者陈永报道10月14日中午，国足一行抵达上海浦东机场返回国内，10月15日00：20，中国国家男子足球队全体抵达苏州驻地酒店，并开始按照防疫规定进行集中隔离。国足回家了，这让人非常高兴，毕竟回家之旅并不是想象中那么轻松，回国之前经历了重重检测，好在一切正常。要知道，此前参加亚冠的十几名国安球员及工作人员仍旧没能回国。
但回家了，下个阶段12强赛的备战也需要有针对性调整和加码，目前来看，国足大概率可以在11月份主场作战，国足需要用更精心的准备来迎接新的挑战，毕竟这是生机保卫战，打不好就会彻底退出竞争。而这种准备，首先在于统一思想，确定随后12强赛的思路，其次则是人员是否删减也在考虑之列。
核心的准备：统一思想
对于目前的国足而言，最核心的任务是统一思想，确定随后12强赛的思路。
首先要统一的思想是，国足的目标是什么，是横下一条心去争取胜利，还是正常去踢踢、生死有命富贵在天。在中沙之战结束后，我们其实注意到了一个细节，那就是多数国脚将士对于输球没有太强烈的反应，从一般的意义来讲，输了确实是正常的，但作为一支球队，还是一定要有自己的追求的。
至于11月份的两场比赛，国足同样要考虑的是，是努力拿到4分或者6分，还是踢得别太丢人就行了。有相对较高的目标和理想与得过且过，最终在球场上展现出的精神面貌也是不同的。
其次需要统一的思路是，未来的比赛究竟是怎样的战术思路。12强赛的前4场比赛，因为备战层面的问题，国足的技战术体系也始终处于摇摆之中，比如在4后卫和5后卫之间摇摆，比如中后卫组合4场比赛4个样子，比如中场也是不断调配。如今，4场比赛过去了，国足就必须明确，比赛到底该怎么打，在攻防之间究竟如何选择，主要战术到底是什么。
再次需要统一思路的是，国足到底要怎么用人，这主要是教练组层面考虑的问题，而其中的核心就是归化球员的使用问题。就在14日，针对归化球员的使用问题，新华社刊发文章表示：“只要穿上国家队的战袍，所有球员都应被一视同仁，按照体育竞技规律——能者上，庸者下。”
目前来看，归化球员的问题，恐怕不单单是能力和位置的问题，它似乎也被技战术之外的因素所影响，但李铁必须要明白他该如何使用归化球员，其实办法只有两个：要是觉得可以用，那就好好用，不要顾虑太多；要是觉得不太好用或者不太方便放开用，你干脆别招了，一了百了。
球员方面如何做加减法？
有关用人的问题，自然涉及到国足备战的重要方面：是否对人员进行必要的补充？因为国足回国之后，删减人员就变得非常简单了。目前来看，仍旧在国足名单的郑铮回归国足可能是自然的事情，此次国足西亚之行，郑铮因家中的特殊情况而没有前往，实际上，当时国家队征调郑铮属于补充征调，郑铮当时在国足并不属于主力球员行列，但4场12强赛之后，国足或许需要在中后卫位置进行更细致的梳理，原本就在名单中的郑铮应该就会在考虑行列。
其实，和防线相比，后腰问题似乎更加严峻。还是那句话，吴曦在此次12强赛的4场比赛中非常累，出场时间长是一方面，更重要的是他打的始终都不是最适合他的位置，他更好的位置其实是中前卫，或者说偏进攻的后腰（所谓的B2B后腰），防守型后腰并不适合他，但因为国足缺少防守型后腰，吴曦被迫在防守端玩命，不能说是扬短避长，至少没有做到扬长避短。
在后腰位置上，李可恐怕是少有的可以考虑的球员，但也要看李可脚踝的伤能不能参战。实际上，在中场中路这个位置上，国足目前征调的球员非常非常多，目前有吴曦、蒿俊闵、池忠国、张稀哲、徐新、王秋明、王上源等球员，原本边前卫位置的金敬道也基本在这个位置上踢，由此，国足还能不能内部挖潜，也必然是李铁考虑的重点。
相反，在锋线方面，国足几乎没有补充的空间了，目前国足发挥较好的5名球员，除了王燊超之外，张玉宁、武磊、洛国富、阿兰都是锋线球员，艾克森也算是兢兢业业。所以在锋线上，国足几乎没有必要再考察任何球员。
